A Kiss in the Dark by Gina Ciocca
This book is a YA contemporary romance novel. After Macy gets kissed by a unknown man when there is a power cut at a high school football game, she has to try to find the mystery man behind the mysterious kiss. As Macy gets close to finding out her mystery man who kissed her she starts to worry that he might not be the same person as the man who is stealing her heart. There are 3 possible men (Noah, Ben and Joel) , who kissed Macy on the night of the football match and who has she fallen in love with?
About half way through this novel Ciocca started making us think that the mystery kisser was one person however at the end there is a massive plot twist which is completely unexpected and we end up following multiple romances that sort of interlink with each other through this novel. I thought it would be quite difficult to keep up with the amount of information that makes the book easier to understand but the way it was written it was actually relatively easy.
I gave this novel 5 stars out of 5 stars which was mainly based on the ending. The ending made the novel, without it I don’t think I would have even given it 3 stars. A lot changes and I didn’t know how I felt about the ending because I thought I already knew what was going to happen and it took me completely off guard. However I have grown to really love the ending.
